All orders to addresses within the United States qualify for Free Shipping. The shipping time does not include the processing time for your order. Most orders are shipped within 24-48 business hours of purchase Monday – Friday. If you place an order on Saturday, Sunday, or on a holiday, it will start processing on the next business day. Orders placed during the holiday season Black Friday, Christmas, or other exceptional times may need additional time up to 72 business hours to process due to the large volume of orders.
We are closed on Saturdays & Sundays and USPS postal service does not operate on Sundays as well. Typical Free Shipping service time is between 3-5 business days. Please understand that fulfillment time and delivery dates and times cannot be guaranteed due to unforeseen circumstances including but not limited to weather, busy holidays, natural disasters, etc.
Orders that have been shipped or in transit cannot be canceled, if you would like a refund you will have to wait for the item to be delivered and email email@example.com to request a return. Please visit our Return & Refund page for further details.
- Priority shipping time (1-3 business days) is calculated from the following day your order ships, not from the purchase date. For example, if your order was received by USPS on Monday, Tuesday is the first business day “in transit”. Weekends are not business days.
- If you select Priority Service from USPS (United States Postal Service) please be aware that USPS Priority Postage and is subject to delays if there is a service distribution with USPS. Priority postage is nonrefundable as it is paid to USPS and not iSmokeAlot.
- We are not the post office or affiliated with USPS, it is not our responsibility to contact your local post office to resolve issues or to reschedule delivery/make requests, tracking down packages, etc.
- If your order is returned back to us due to the customer putting the incorrect address, the customer would pay for the reshipment cost.
Once your order has been packed and the shipping label printed, you will get an email from us with the tracking number. Please note that it can take up to 24 hours for the tracking number to activate. All orders are packed and shipped in discreet plain boxes. There are no discernible markings/logos/words to identify the contents of your package.
*Risk Free Shipping Policy means we will replace any unused item that is damaged during shipping if you report it within 48 hours of the delivery date/time. This is not applicable for lost or stolen packages, please see the bottom of the page regarding lost/stolen packages. You can purchase insurance for lost/stolen/broken items at checkout with Route Insurance.
International Shipping Customs & Responsibility
It is the customer’s responsibility to know the import laws regarding tobacco pipes/vaporizers/smoking accessories for their countries and the customer takes the risk and responsibility of custom seizure/destroyed items or lost packages by your country’s postal service.
If your package is seized and/or destroyed by customs, we will not attempt redelivery of a replacement and no refunds will be issued. No refunds/replacements will be issued for lost international packages.
The customer is also responsible for any custom or duty charges that may be due, we comply with international shipping laws and regulations. So please keep in mind there may be an extra customs charge your country may add to your order
For U.K. / EU customers, please allow 7-14 business days for your package to arrive. Custom clearance and your location will affect delivery time.
If shipping to your country is not available, it means we have not shipped there before. Please contact us to request shipping to your country and we will see if we can accommodate you. Not all countries will be added due to policy.
Damaged & Missing Item(s):
iSmokeAlot meticulous packs every package with great care to ensure your glass products arrive the way it left our facility, intact! We take great pride and care of our products as if it was our baby. We understand that accidents happen and in the highly unlikely event, your item(s) arrived damaged or missing we will replace the damaged & missing item(s).
We are not liable for damaged items outside of shipping, if your item was damaged or broken from an accident or any reason besides damaged during shipping, we are not liable to send you a replacement or refund, especially if it has been used. There are no exceptions to this rule.
Please DO NOT use damaged/defective item(s) or attempt to fix them! As the item may need to be returned back to us, any use or attempt to fix will forfeit a replacement.
Please see below for the replacement process:
- Call or E-mail us within 48 hours of product delivery. Damages notified beyond 48 hours will be assumed item was broken while in your possession.
- Take photos of all packaging and materials, AND 3-4 high res pictures of the damaged item(s) and email us.
- If required, we will send you a return shipping label (for non-glass products).
- Repackage the item in the box it arrived in, and send it back.
- Receive brand new replacement.
If You Receive The Wrong Item:
DO NOT use the item(s). Please call or email us within 48 hours. We will either send you a shipping label to return the item, or let you keep it and we will send you the correct item. Either way, you will get what you ordered.
If Your Electronic Item is Defective or Does Not Work:
Please contact us or the manufacturer as all these electronic devices that you purchase from us has a limited manufacturer warranty. If your product qualifies for a warranty replacement, we or the manufacturer will replace your defective item. You may have to either ship the defective item back to us or the manufacturer in the event a replacement is issued.
Stolen or Lost Packages:
iSmokeAlot is not responsible for packages that are stolen or lost when USPS/FedEx/UPS leaves a package unattended at your door/mailbox if you are not home to take delivery. If it is stolen or lost it is not our responsibility to recover or replace the item or compensate you for the loss. It is the buyer’s responsibility to track your item(s) using the tracking # we provide to anticipate delivery.
You can purchase insurance for lost/stolen/broken items at checkout with Route Insurance. if your item is lost/stolen and you have Route insurance you must contact us first so we can file a claim with Route insurance to either refund you or replace the items your ordered, do not contact your bank or card issuer and initiate a charge-back in this instance.
If you are unable to be home to take delivery, please notify your local USPS/FedEx/UPS ahead of time so they can hold your package at your local facility for pick up. Refunds do not apply to orders that have been issued a replacement due to lost/stolen packages.
